By accepting this offer, the user confirms that they are ordering a personalized informational report based on the data they provide as an automated informational service, request immediate commencement of performance after payment, and agree to immediate delivery of access to the personalized electronic informational report once it has been prepared by the service. The user understands that after access to the service result has been delivered, a refund is not made except in cases of a confirmed technical issue with providing access.

The service is intended for adult users only. By using astrafate.com, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and are entitled to enter into legally binding agreements.

If the user does not agree with the terms of the offer, they must stop using the service and must not place an order.

After successful payment, the system starts performing the service and automatically preparing the personalized electronic informational report. The service’s obligation is considered fulfilled when the user receives access to the service result in the site interface, the cabinet, via a protected link, or through a downloadable file.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data. The service is not responsible for an incorrect result caused by a mistake in the data entered by the user.

The user agrees that they are ordering a service with immediate commencement of performance after payment is confirmed, because the service immediately starts automatically preparing a personalized electronic informational report based on the user’s data.

Money is not refundable after the automatic system has delivered and opened access to the service result. Detailed terms are set out in the separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this offer.

If access to the service result was not provided due to a confirmed technical reason, the service may at its discretion re-deliver the result, restore access, or consider a refund.

The service provides personalized informational reports for informational, entertainment, and introductory purposes. The website materials are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice.

The service may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account, the service result, or specific functions in the event of a confirmed breach of the offer, abuse of infrastructure, fraud risk, security requirements, or compliance with binding legal obligations.

Such restriction does not cancel the user’s obligations arising from prior payment and does not automatically convert an already delivered service result into a refundable one.
